What should I bring?

DRESS CODE

Colours: white and/or pink
Opt for comfortable clothing in breathable fabrics that allow for ease of movement and makes you feel confident!

SNEAKERS

Choose footwear with good traction to provide stability during swings. Tennis shoes are recommended, but comfortable athletic shoes are fine for beginners.

WATER BOTTLE

Stay hydrated throughout the clinic by bringing a refillable water bottle. It's important to stay refreshed and energized.
